This gentle concentration process intensifies the yogurt’s natural richness and tang while delivering approximately twice the protein and minerals per gram compared to Greek yogurt.
Clean, versatile, and deeply satisfying, it’s an ideal alternative to traditional cream cheese — lighter in flavour, naturally cultured, and free from additives.
