Yogurt Cream Cheese/ Labneh
Greek yogurt double-strained and compressed to remove most of the whey β what's left is thick, smooth, and spreadable, with roughly twice the protein and minerals per gram compared to regular Greek yogurt. Clean in flavour, naturally tangy, and free from stabilisers, gums, or preservatives.
A better alternative to conventional cream cheese. Lighter in flavour, higher in protein, and alive with live cultures. Use it as a spread, stir it into dips, or use it as a base in both savoury and sweet recipes β it holds up well in cooking and baking.
Also known as labneh.
