Delivery & Pickup
We make everything in small batches, which means freshness takes priority and delivery is intentional. Here's everything you need to know before placing your order.
Order preparation
All orders require 2–4 days lead time. This ensures every product is freshly made and ready when it arrives — not sitting in a warehouse waiting to be dispatched.
Islandwide delivery
Standard delivery is $12 SGD, free on orders above $120 SGD. Deliveries run on Wednesdays and Saturdays — select your preferred day at checkout. A more specific arrival window is provided where possible.
Express delivery
Express delivery is sometimes available outside regular delivery days or for specific time requests, subject to availability. If it doesn't appear as an option at checkout, it's currently unavailable for that slot.
Self-pickup
Pickup from our kitchen is available and can be selected at checkout. Available dates and time windows are shown at checkout when enabled for your order.
Returning jars
If you're returning jars, indicate this at checkout or hand them directly to the driver on delivery or pickup.
- Return 12 clean glass jars and receive $4 store credit
- Jars must be rinsed, free of cracks or chips, and without lids or tags
- Store credit is valid for 30 days

Changes, rescheduling and cancellations
Because everything is freshly made to order, please request changes or rescheduling at least 3 days before your scheduled date. Once production has started, changes may not be possible. Cancellations after production begins may not be eligible for refunds.
Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to help.
On arrival
Refrigerate items immediately at 1–4°C. We're not responsible for quality issues caused by delayed refrigeration after delivery.
