Welcome to Artisanal Yogurt. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

🛒 Orders & Products

All products are made fresh in small batches using traditional culturing methods. As such:

  • Availability may vary from week to week

  • Products may sell out once a batch is full

  • Images and descriptions are for reference and may vary slightly by batch

We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders at our discretion.

🧫 Fresh, Perishable Goods

Our products are fresh, live-cultured, and preservative-free.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Products require proper refrigeration (1–4 °C) at all times

  • Natural changes in flavour, texture, or acidity may occur over time

  • Products will naturally break down if kept beyond their stated shelf life

Artisanal Yogurt is not responsible for issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery or collection.

📦 Delivery & Collection

Delivery and self-collection details, fees, and schedules are outlined on our Delivery & Collection page.

  • Delivery dates and windows are indicative

  • Missed deliveries due to unavailable recipients are not refundable

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer once delivery or pickup is completed

Please ensure someone is available to receive chilled items.

🔄 Cancellations & Changes

Because all products are made to order:

  • Orders may be changed or cancelled up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date

  • Once production has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible

  • Orders cancelled after production begins are not eligible for refunds

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which allows refund requests within 7 days, subject to conditions.

We reserve the right to issue:

  • Refunds to the original payment method, or

  • Store credit, at our discretion

Store credits:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • May have an expiry date, where stated

♻️ Jar Return Programme

Participation in our jar return programme is optional and subject to the terms outlined on the Jar Return Programme page.

  • Credits are issued only when conditions are met

  • Credits are capped per order

  • Credits have a stated expiry and cannot be extended

📊 Nutrition Information

Nutrition values displayed on our website are indicative and based on representative batches.

Due to natural fermentation, ingredient variation, and handcrafted production:

  • Values may vary slightly by batch

  • This does not constitute a defect

⚠️ Allergens & Dietary Information

While we take care to list ingredients clearly, our kitchen handles:

  • Dairy

  • Nuts

  • Coconut

Products may not be suitable for individuals with severe allergies. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchase.

🧑⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Artisanal Yogurt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
