🫙 How does it work? Return 12 clean glass jars in a single delivery or pickup and receive $4 store credit on your next order.
💳 When is the credit applied? Store credit is applied when you actively select "Apply store credit" at checkout. If not selected, the credit will remain available for your next order.
🔢 Is there a cap? Yes — store credit is capped at $4 per order, even if more than 12 jars are returned.
🧼 What condition should jars be in? Clean, rinsed, and free from cracks or chips. Please remove all lids and tags before returning.
📦 Can I return fewer than 12 jars? Credits are issued only when 12 jars are returned at once. Fewer than 12 won't qualify.
⏳ Does the credit expire? Yes — store credit expires 30 days from the date it's issued.
🔁 Subscriptions & Store Credit
Can store credit be used with subscriptions? Yes — store credits can be used with subscriptions and will be applied to an upcoming cycle where possible.
Why wasn't my credit applied to my subscription? Due to how subscription payments are processed, credits may not always apply immediately to every renewal. If you'd like to ensure your credit is applied to an upcoming renewal, get in touch ahead of time and we'll help.
