FAQ Jar Return

How does the jar return programme work?
Return 12 clean glass jars in one delivery or pickup and receive $4 store credit on your next order.

When will the credit be applied?
The customer must actively select “Apply store credit” for the balance to be used. 

Is there a cap?
Yes, the credit is capped at $4 per order.

What condition should jars be in?
Clean, rinsed jars without cracks or chips. Please toss away the lids and tags.

Can I return fewer than 12 jars?
Credits are issued only when 12 jars are returned at once.

Does the credit expire?
Credits expiry: 30 days.

Subscription & Store Credit Policy

Store credits can be used with subscriptions and will be automatically applied to an upcoming subscription cycle where possible.

Due to how subscription payments are processed, credits may not always apply immediately to every renewal. If you have an upcoming subscription renewal and would like to ensure your store credit is applied, please feel free to reach out to us ahead of time and we’ll be happy to assist.
