To reduce waste and reuse our glass jars responsibly, we’re introducing a small jar return incentive.
Customers who return 12 clean glass jars in one delivery or pickup will receive $4 store credit on their next order (capped at $4 per order).

♻️ FAQ — JAR RETURN PROGRAMME
🫙 How does the jar return programme work?
Return 12 clean glass jars in a single delivery or pickup and receive $4 store credit on your next order.
💳 When will the store credit be applied?
Store credit is applied when the customer actively selects “Apply store credit” at checkout.
If not selected, the credit will remain unused.
🔢 Is there a cap on store credit?
Yes. Store credit is capped at $4 per order, even if more than 12 jars are returned.
🧼 What condition should the jars be in?
Returned jars should be:

Clean and rinsed

Free from cracks or chips
Please discard all lids and tags before returning the jars.
📦 Can I return fewer than 12 jars?
Credits are issued only when 12 jars are returned at once.
Returns with fewer than 12 jars will not qualify for store credit.
⏳ Does the store credit expire?
Yes. Store credit expires 30 days from the date it is issued.
🔁 SUBSCRIPTIONS & STORE CREDIT
🔄 Can store credit be used with subscriptions?
Yes. Store credits can be used with subscriptions and will be automatically applied to an upcoming subscription cycle where possible.
⚠️ Why wasn’t my store credit applied to my subscription?
Due to how subscription payments are processed, store credits may not always apply immediately to every renewal.
