Our products are fresh, live-cultured, and preservative-free.
Refunds are not available for:

Products past shelf life

Natural changes from fermentation

Issues caused by improper storage or handling
Mould or spoilage occurring outside recommended conditions is considered natural breakdown.
π Delivery Issues
Report missing, incorrect, or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
π Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be changed or cancelled up to 3 days before the scheduled date.
Once production begins, cancellations or changes are not refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
