Refund Policy

🗓️ Refund Eligibility (7 Days)

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery or collection.

To qualify:

  • Product is unused or minimally used

  • Stored correctly at 1–4°C

  • Issue is not due to delayed refrigeration, misuse, or expired shelf life


🧫 Quality Issues

If there’s a quality issue within 7 days, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photo

  • Brief description

We’ll review the case and, where appropriate, offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.


🌿 Fresh & Perishable Products

Our products are fresh, live-cultured, and preservative-free.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Products past shelf life

  • Natural changes from fermentation

  • Issues caused by improper storage or handling

Mould or spoilage occurring outside recommended conditions is considered natural breakdown.


🚚 Delivery Issues

Report missing, incorrect, or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a refund.


🔄 Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be changed or cancelled up to 3 days before the scheduled date.

Once production begins, cancellations or changes are not refundable.


💳 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
