Thick, dense, and spoonable. Our Greek Yogurt is traditionally cultured using heirloom yogurt strains, pot-set slowly and gravity-strained β naturally thick texture from time and process, not thickeners or shortcuts. Strained further than Bulgarian to remove more whey, giving it a denser body, higher protein concentration, and a sharper, more pronounced tang.
Made from Australian free-range whole milk. No added sugar, no preservatives, no stabilisers. Just milk, live cultures, and time.
Good straight from the jar, in bowls, with fruit, or in cooking where you want something that holds its texture.
