Dark Chocolate Yogurt
Traditional pot-set Bulgarian yogurt with melted cocoa mass folded in. The cocoa brings depth and body β rich and rounded rather than sharp, with a flavour closer to dark chocolate than cocoa powder. The cultured tang of the yogurt provides structure without competing with the chocolate.
Lightly sweetened with allulose. No refined sugar, no artificial flavourings.
Good straight from the jar, layered into breakfast bowls, or used as a base for desserts and baking.
Ingredients Pasteurised whole milk, cocoa mass, allulose, vanilla bean, live yogurt cultures (Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus).
