Burnt Yogurt Cheesecake — Strawberry
The same flourless yogurt cream cheese base, topped and layered with fresh strawberries and strawberry coulis. The cultured tang of the yogurt balances the bright acidity of the fruit — clean and vibrant without being overly sweet. Made without refined sugar.
Every batch is made by hand in our Singapore kitchen.
Sweetened with allulose — not refined sugar.
Ingredients Yogurt cream cheese (pasteurised whole milk, live cultures, sea salt), cream cheese, heavy cream, eggs, fresh strawberries, strawberry coulis, vanilla bean, sea salt, allulose.
Available in 5 inch and 7 inch.
