Burnt Yogurt Cheesecake β Blueberry
The same flourless yogurt cream cheese base, baked with plump blueberries throughout and finished with a deeply caramelised top. The cultured tang of the yogurt and the natural sharpness of blueberry work together without either overpowering the other. Clean, balanced, and made without refined sugar.
Every batch is made by hand in our Singapore kitchen.
Sweetened with allulose β not refined sugar.
Ingredients Yogurt cream cheese (pasteurised whole milk, live cultures, sea salt), cream cheese, heavy cream, eggs, fresh blueberries, vanilla bean, sea salt, allulose.
