The one that started it all. A flourless, custard-style cheesecake built on yogurt cream cheese — deeply creamy, lightly tangy, and baked to a beautifully caramelised top. No flour, no refined sugar. Just a clean, honest cheesecake made with yogurt.
It rises like a soufflé straight out of the oven and settles into something perfectly balanced as it cools. Every batch is made by hand in our Singapore kitchen.
Sweetened with allulose — not refined sugar.
Ingredients Yogurt cream cheese (pasteurised whole milk, live cultures, sea salt), cream cheese, heavy cream, eggs, vanilla bean, sea salt, allulose.
