We craft all products in small batches, which means freshness takes priority β€” and delivery is intentional. Below is everything you need to know before placing your order.


πŸ—“οΈ Order Preparation

All orders require a lead time of 2–4 days to prepare.
This ensures each product is freshly made and ready to enjoy.


🚚 Delivery Information

πŸ“ Islandwide Delivery (Singapore)

  • Standard delivery fee: $12 SGD

  • Free delivery for orders above $120 SGD

  • Delivery days are Wednesdays & Saturdays (selected at checkout)

We deliver within a general time window on the selected day. A more specific arrival window is provided where possible.


⚑ Express Delivery

Express delivery is sometimes available outside regular delivery days or for specific time requests, subject to availability at checkout.
If express delivery does not appear as an option for your date, it’s currently unavailable for that time slot.


πŸ›οΈ Pickup / Self-Collection

Self-pickup from our kitchen is available if selected at checkout.
Pickup dates and time windows will be shown at checkout when enabled for your order.


πŸ«™ Jar Return (During Delivery or Pickup)

If you are returning jars, please indicate this at checkout or hand them to the driver on delivery/pickup.

  • Return 12 clean glass jars and receive $4 store credit

  • Jars must be rinsed, free of cracks or chips, and without lids/tags.

  • Credits are valid for 30 days.

πŸ”„ Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Because our products are freshly made for each order:

  • Please request changes or rescheduling at least 3Β days before your scheduled date.

  • Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

  • Cancellations after production begins may not be eligible for refunds.

If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.


❄️ Upon Arrival

To preserve quality:

  • Refrigerate items immediately at 1–4Β°C.

  • We’re not responsible for quality issues caused by delayed refrigeration.
