Our Strained Greek Yogurt is cultured using traditional yogurt strains, then strained further to achieve a dense, spoonable texture and a more pronounced tang. This extended straining concentrates flavour and protein, resulting in a yogurt that is rich, bold, and deeply satisfying.
Compared to Strained Bulgarian Yogurt, Greek Yogurt has a sharper acidity and heavier body, making it ideal for those who enjoy a more assertive cultured flavour. The straining process also removes excess whey and reduces lactose, producing a yogurt that is thick, creamy, and versatile.
