Our Strained Bulgarian Yogurt is traditionally cultured and gently strained to achieve a thick, creamy texture while retaining the clean, rounded tang that defines Bulgarian-style yogurt. Made with heirloom yogurt cultures and fresh whole milk, it delivers cultured depth without sharpness — smooth, balanced, and easy to enjoy daily.
Compared to Greek Yogurt, this strained Bulgarian style is less acidic and softer on the palate, allowing the natural flavour of fermented milk to shine. The straining process concentrates texture and reduces excess lactose, resulting in a yogurt that is satisfying yet light.
