Our Burnt Yogurt Cheesecake is a flourless, custard-style cheesecake with a beautifully caramelised top and a soft, creamy centre. Made using our signature yogurt cream cheese base, it delivers rich depth and cultured tang with a clean, balanced finish.
This version contains no added sugar and is sweetened with allulose, allowing the natural dairy flavours and baked notes to shine without heaviness or cloying sweetness. Refined yet indulgent, it’s our most classic expression of a Basque-style cheesecake.
